Account Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Allard Media Group Client Center App account at any time. We'll permanently remove your account and the personal data associated with it from our systems.
What will be deleted
- →Your account profile (name, email address)
- →Push notification tokens and notification history
- →Any optional preferences (Client Portal email, weather location settings)
- →Referral history tied to your account
What will be retained
- →Records of completed photography services and invoices, as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
- →Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you
How to request deletion
Send an email to team@allardmediagroup.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
