What is your weather and cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Are you licensed to fly drones?

Yes! We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured to legally operate our drones for commercial real estate marketing.

How are the final media assets delivered?

All final photos, videos, and media assets are delivered instantly and securely via our premium Client Center portal, making it incredibly easy to download and share.
